Employee management.
Advice to critice your empoyee on the best way:
1. Express your critic subjektiv: I think if you do that it would help, or thell you emlpoyee: I would do it that way maybee tha helps.
2. Tell the good stuff the employee done with his work: I like the combination of pictures, This part is excellent in your work.
3. Give stimulus like: If you wan´t to get this procejt approved you might..
4. Help your emloyee with a solution of the problem: This work would be better if you mix this and that, If you ask mike he can giv you more material for this part…
5. Give a realistic deadline with some more time for your employee to solve the problem or to get better. But don´t say: Get ready in a few days. It´s improtant to have the exactly day.
6. Follow upp: We talk about the result on your deadline day.
7. Get your employee to take an active interest in the work: Ask the employee what he thinks about these proposals.
The imprtance is to let the employee know that your not pointing on something that is bad by the employee.
Great thing to do is to ask the employee about his view and what ge tinks about the work. Try to be positiv, how would you get criticized and what makes you wan´t to get the work done better.
